Terms of Service

1. I have the right to decline a commission for any reason
2. All commissions must be paid in full after the initial sketch is approved, I only accept USD in the form of Paypal, Venmo, or card/cash at the convention.
3. Commissions can take from one to two months depending on character complexity and personal factors like health, school, or work. Customers can ask for a WIP at any time in the commission process, and I will notify the commissioner if there is an unexpected delay in delivery time.
4. It is my top priority to ensure customers are satisfied with their commission! Small changes can be made to the finished product at no cost, bigger changes may incur an additional charge of $20-$30.
5. Commissioners are allowed to use the artwork for personal use. If the comissioner posts the artwork on a public site, please credit and link back to me as the artist.
6. I own the artistic rights to my work and commissioners are not allowed to claim the artwork as their own.
7. I have the right to post my artwork on my platforms and display it at my artist's booth (as a display-only unless I receive permission from the commissioner to sell the artwork as a print), unless requested to keep the comission private.
8. If I cannot complete a commission for personal reasons after payment has been received, I will cancel the order and refund the money until the process may continue at a later date.
9. If there is an issue, let me know and I'll do everything in my power to work with you.
